How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the day you order. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over $50. For smaller orders, the cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. What's the difference between mechanical and membrane keyboards?
Mechanical keyboards have an individual switch under every key, giving a crisp feel and long life; ours are labeled "Mechanical" in the title. Membrane keyboards use a single rubber layer, making them quieter and more affordable. Some of ours are tuned to feel close to mechanical.

What are red and blue switches?
Red switches are linear: smooth and quiet, popular for gaming. Blue switches are tactile and clicky, with a satisfying typing sound.

What does hot-swappable mean?
You can pull out the switches and replace them with different ones without any soldering, so you can change the feel of your keyboard later.

Will it work with my computer?
Our wired keyboards are plug-and-play over USB with Windows, with no software needed. Our Bluetooth keyboard works with iPad, Android tablets and phones. Most keyboards use a US layout; any exceptions are clearly noted in the product title.

How do I turn on the backlight?
Most of our keyboards use the Fn key plus a light or arrow key to switch lighting on, change effects and adjust brightness. If you're stuck, email us and we'll walk you through it.
