Refund Policy

We want you to love your new setup. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Returns (change of mind)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories. To start a return, email us at hello@tristanartsandcrafts.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us won't be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost. We recommend a trackable shipping method, since we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You won't pay any shipping costs for these issues.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the item was damaged, defective, or wrong.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item or color is to return the one you have and place a new order.

Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, we can't guarantee a cancellation once an order is placed. Email us right away if you need to cancel or change your order, and we'll do our best before it ships.
