Shipping policy
Delivery time Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the day you order. This includes the time it takes to prepare and pack your order.
Tracking As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Shipping costs Free shipping on orders over $50. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.
Where we ship We ship across the United States and internationally. International orders may take longer because of customs. Any duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country are paid by the customer on delivery.
Late, lost or damaged packages If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, or it shows up damaged, email us at hello@tristanartsandcrafts.com with your order number and we'll help resolve it.
