Welcome to Tristan Arts and Crafts (tristanartsandcrafts.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to anyone who visits our website or places an order. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who We Are
Tristan Arts and Crafts is an online store based in California, United States, selling gaming keyboards, mice and desk accessories. "We," "us" and "our" refer to Tristan Arts and Crafts. "You" refers to anyone using the site or placing an order.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

3. Products and Descriptions
We try to describe every product accurately, including layout, switch type, size, color and compatibility. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary by 1–2 cm. Before ordering, please check the product details to make sure the item suits your needs, including keyboard layout (for example, US or UK) and whether it's mechanical or membrane.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Prices may change at any time without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders and Cancellations
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of stock availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll get a full refund. Orders are processed quickly, so we can't guarantee a cancellation once an order is placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us right away and we'll do our best before it ships.

6. Shipping
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the day you order. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. 7. Returns and Refunds
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. Damaged, defective or wrong items get a free replacement or full refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Discount Codes
Discount codes have no cash value, can't be combined unless stated, and may be limited to one use per customer. We may end or change a promotion at any time and may cancel orders that misuse a discount code.

9. Product Use and Warranty
Our products are sold for normal personal use. Except as stated in these Terms or required by law, products are provided "as is," without any other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We're not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid spills beyond the product's stated splash resistance, modifications or normal wear and tear.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Tristan Arts and Crafts or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission. Product and brand names belong to their respective owners.

11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false orders or information, or to copy or scrape content from the site.

12. Third-Party Links and Services
The site may link to other websites, and we use third-party providers for payments and shipping. We're not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tristan Arts and Crafts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
