Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions and other recurring purchase options offered by Tristan Arts and Crafts.

How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription or recurring purchase option at any time by contacting us at hello@tristanartsandcrafts.com or through your customer account, if account management is available. Please include your order or subscription details so we can process your request quickly.

When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to any already-processed order in that cycle, and no further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.

Refunds
Payments already processed for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us and we will review your request.

Pausing or Modifying a Subscription
If you'd like to pause, skip, or modify your subscription instead of cancelling entirely, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request before your next billing date.

Notice Period
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests should be submitted at least 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date.
